WHAT IS GRC?
Glass fibre reinforced concrete (GRC) is known as precast concrete siding. Components like alkali-resistant glass fibre, polymer, white cement, silica sand inside this material enable smoother, lighter and more durable concrete manufacturing. We are following factory manufacturing control rules under TS EN 1169 standard and we apply every stage of ISO 9001 quality standards including design, manufacturing and assembly.
In addition to lightness, durability and smoothness advantages, GRC has become an indispensable construction material in siding sector with heat insulation, sound insulation and exceptional design details. With our own manufactured polyester and wood casts, we can manufacture everything that can be drawn. In this sense, we can offer unlimited decoration options to architects, interior designers and contractors. These panels can be painted in any colour and it is possible to obtain beautiful results.
GRC concrete can be used as a panel or as a building decoration component on building exterior. When manufactured as a panel, there is no need for walling, plastering or painting on the building. GRC concrete that can be rapidly mounted on the façade has this property due to smart design of our architectures. Steel carcass and anchorage components that will bear the load of GRC concrete are determined during design stage.

SAVE SPACE INDOORS
It is applied to building exterior as siding. It is possible to mount in pre-determined distances from the building. These materials will not occupy indoors space due to construction material. This material will help to save large areas in terms of square meter, especially in large projects.

Pre-fabricated GRC siding panels are mounted at planned project date. Mounting locations and each panel and jamb are planned beforehand. GRC assembly is completed in a shorter time than other siding building materials.
MANUFACTURED IN DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS
GRC siding coating and decoration products can be manufactured in different sizes. When our architects design a project, they plan te best visual look and consider preventing any damages during transportation and mounting.
When there is material damage in fabricated or natural siding materials, you will experience problems when you buy the same materials after years. The factory might shut down, that product might no longer be manufactured or there might be colour differences between the new material and the existing one. You will not experience these problems with GRC. GRC is manufactured as painted as in sketches.
It is lighter than classical concrete with the same size. It is manufactured with 1-1.5 cm thickness. It has 20-30 kg/m2 weight. This property is due to glass fibre reinforcement. Glass fibre reinforcement makes concrete lighter while preserving durability. Since GRC is a thin concrete, this material enables large usage area for siding and decoration.
Sidings are mounted to be intact in 9 intensity earthquake. Anchorage and fastening elements to decrease and distribute the earthquake load are used.
Our GRC materials have as low as 0.06 W/m.K thermal conductivity coefficient value after the recent test in İTÜ. Heat insulation materials are in 0.015-0.090 W/m.K range according to TS 825 standard. Siding that is manufactured in our factory is insulation materials itself. Additionally, when demanded, it is possible to add insulation materials such as rock wool, Styrofoam, EPS foam etc. inside panel coating.
With glass fibre in the components, this material is more durable than concrete with the same thickness. Problems like carbonisation or cracking in traditional concrete are not experienced in GRC concrete. While you can damage other construction materials with your nails, you need a sledgehammer and strong arms to damage GRC concrete.
GRC concrete is more waterproof than normal concrete and other construction materials due to its chemical properties. Additionally, in case of painting, paint can add water repellent, dirt-proof and self-cleaning properties. Cement/water ratio and polymer mixture decreased porosity of GRC concrete.
GRC siding panels are designed, manufactured and mounted to resist high wind speed and to storms. If needed, our architects provide recommendations to decrease wind load in the design stage. For tall buildings and structures in high fields, we are especially calculating wind load on computer environment.
In terms of fire resistance, it is a non-combustible A1 grade construction material. While this material can be used outside the structure for fire safety, it can also be used for protecting indoors space for fire. There are no colour changes, melting or cracking due to heat-induced by high temperatures. This material meets the requirements of Regulation for Protection of Buildings from Fire.
ENSURES SOUND INSULATION
GRC coating with 1 cm thickness can ensure more than 30dB sound insulation. This is the best possible siding material if the application building is located near a road. Additionally, GRC is used as a sound barrier to roadside. This material can be used both for design and sound insulation on garden walls.
